TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE:

You can cancel or reschedule from your confirmation email, or reminder email if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

NEW PATIENTS:

Please fill in your relevant patient form and submit via the link on your confirmation email.

This confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you book. Your form will need to be completed prior to your appointment please.

Visits at the clinic are about 45-60 minutes. We ask that fertility patients bring any relevant medical results, hormonal tests or pelvic ultrasounds along to your first consultation.
